According to the working principle, the slime dryer is a rotary drum dryer or rotary drum dryer. It is a mature drying equipment produced by mining equipment manufacturers, and is suitable for drying slime, sludge, magnetic, heavy, flotation concentrate of metal and non-metal mines, clay of cement industry and other industries in the coal mine industry.

Feature

1.The dryer has strong overload resistance, large processing capacity, less fuel consumption and low drying cost;

2.With the downstream drying method, the flue gas and wet materials enter the dryer from the same side, which can obtain high evaporation intensity with high temperature flue gas, low outlet temperature of the dryer and high thermal efficiency;

3.The operation parameters can be changed according to the properties of different materials, so that the materials can form a stable fully broken fabric curtain in the dryer cylinder, and the mass and heat exchange is more sufficient;

4.The new feeding and discharging device solves the problems of feeding blockage, discontinuity, nonuniformity and return of the drum dryer, and reduces the load of the dust removal system;
