High stiffness mill introduction:
SY series high stiffness mill is a kind of new-type short stress mill without torii. This rolling mill is developed to solve the problems in rolling special steel, such as sharp rolling force, roller's axial movement, coupling's inconvenient destuffing, etc.The machine is mainly used to rolling small and medium-sized bar, profiled steel and wire.Replacing old traverse type or double two type open rack of low stiffness, and bakelite tile rolling mill, it can improve product precision, lower labor strength and increase capacity. Generally,it will get excellent effects by using finished product shelf and front finished product shelf.

Rolling Mill with High Stiffness
High stiffness mill structure:
High stiffness mill rack mainly compose by four bearing seats.They are joined rely on 4 big rod [also known as erect Column],erect column support at four feet [said bearing seats].Bearing seats are fixed by bolts on the base,The entire rack can be replaced.
The upper press device can rotate 4 or 2 erect column simultaneously to adjust the opening degrees of roller.Erect column have the left and right turning screw thread.Therefore rolling mill opening degree is adjust symmetrical with the centerline.Rolling wheel bearings are four series short cylindrical roller bearings,The axis direction use pairs of ball bearings or roller bearings( determined by the size and dimensions).Axial Clearance of bearings are pre-tuned to the minimum.
Spring balance force does not change with the opening degree, in any opening degree guarantee to eliminate the clearance.
Base is weldment or castings, roller-changing not on the line,the rack is replaced overall,thereby shorten the required rolling stop time of roller-changing,enhance the function rate.
