Energy saving ball mill instruction:

This ball mill is applied in grinding various ores, or other material. It is widely used in mining, construction and chemical industries, with wet grinding and dry grinding methods.

Energy saving ball mill structure:

The machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition.

Energy saving ball mill features:

Compared with traditional ball mill, the energy saving ball mill fan save power 18-25%, lubricant 70% and cooling water 90%, and comprehensively save energy above 20%. Regularly, it doesn't need change the main shaft in 10 years, which will save much maintenance fee and labour hours. Main shaft lubrication uses grease, which is convenient and clean and prevents heavy metal pollution.
